Ready to lasso some loot? Meet our 2012 Change Bandit Hero, Parker Murchison. Parker became a patient at the IWK when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2010.

This pint-sized cowboy has a mighty big challenge for y’all – help him raise $70,000 towards the purchase of new anesthesia machines for the IWK Health Centre.

Let’s help 9-year-old Parker reach his goal!  Change Bandits of all ages can make a difference! All schools, businesses, groups and individuals are invited to round up some spare change – or host your own fundraisers – to help him raise $70,000 for the IWK.

Join Parker and become a Change Bandit today!

Help our Change Bandit Hero Parker reach his 70,000 goal!

About Anesthesia Machines

We urgently need your help to purchase new anesthesia machines for the IWK Health Centre.

This complex equipment will benefit Maritime children and women who require anesthetic care in the IWK’s operating rooms, birth unit or diagnostic imaging department. An anesthesia machine is used by the anesthesiologists to perform three key functions during the delivery of an anesthetic: keeping a patient asleep, monitoring vital signs and providing life support during surgery and other procedures.

Check out the progress of our Change Bandits as they work hard to raise $70,000.
